One example of how all of my modalities are used is: A client called me to set up an appointment to let go of his extra weight. He had put on 40 lbs in the past 6 months & even though his wife would make him healthy meals he would still find himself waking up in the wee hours of the morning & raid the fridge. The day before his appointment, I had spent about an hour preparing a Hypnotherapy session for him. A few minutes before his arrival, I heard my grandmother, (whom I’ve been communicating with since I was 9 when she passed), say to me, "It’s not about the food, he needs to grieve!" I knew then the session I had prepared needed to change.

With no time to spare, I asked my guides to help. During the hypnosis session, I asked if his parents were deceased, (not a question I normally ask, but I was listening to my Intuition). When he said yes, that his father had passed 6 months earlier, I was able to put it all together. His father would come home very late 2 or 3 AM & in order to spend time with him, he would sneak out to the kitchen & have a bowl of cereal or snack with his dad. He was repeating this scenario now. Part of the problem was that he was unable to see his father before he passed & say goodbye. Because I listened to my grandmother in Spirit, I was not only able to help my client solve his weight issue, but I also helped him grieve through my Spiritual Counseling!
